Jeffrey Vogel, MD, MPH
Medical Director - OEUK Registered
Dr. Jeff Vogel is a Harvard-trained, board-certified Occupational and Environmental Medicine physician specializing in workplace health, offshore and maritime standards, digital health, infectious disease management, and injury prevention. As Medical Director of Beeline Clinical and an OEUK-registered physician, he oversees safe, consistent fitness-for-duty evaluations and high-quality occupational exams.
Jeff graduated summa cum laude from Lafayette College, earned his MD at Emory University, and completed his MPH at Harvard. His work blends clinical practice, research, and education to strengthen health and performance in demanding work environments.
Kevin Leblanc, MS-N, NP-C
Clinical Director - Massachusetts
Kevin LeBlanc is a Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience. He is the co-founder of Lucida Clinical Trials in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
A University of Massachusetts graduate, he began his career in Internal Medicine in 2005 and has focused on Critical Care since 2010. At Lucida, Kevin is dedicated to advancing patient care through innovative clinical trials.
